Forgot Your Password

If you forgot your password:

1. Click the Forgot password link at the bottom of the login page.
2. In the Password Reset page, enter your username and click the I'm not a robot check box to complete the reCAPTCHA requirement.

3. Click the Submit button.

CDN Pro will send you an email message with a verification code to enter to reset your password.

Note: Occasionally, an email application may misidentify the message as spam. If you do not see the message in your Inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
